The main challenge of this project was delivering a fully integrated digital ecosystem that included a mobile charging app, admin software, website, and complete corporate identity. Ensuring a seamless user experience across the mobile app, backend system, and web platform—while maintaining consistent branding—required careful UI/UX planning and technical coordination. These challenges were addressed through a unified design system, user-centric app design, and cohesive branding applied across all digital touchpoints.
